I have been making beef jerky for over 25 years, it is truly my passion to deliver a taste experience in the beef jerky industry like no other! My Dad was a butcher for over 45 years and taught me how to pick the best cuts of meat for jerky making. My Mom taught me the basics on how to make the jerky and ever since then I ran with it. I hope you will appreciate the amount of pride and effort I put into making my jerky with every bite you take!
Most commercially made jerky is too dry, lacking flavor, and there are only a few standard flavors to choose from. I continue to experiment with unique marinades to offer the biggest variety of tastes to suit your particular tastes! New flavors are constantly being introduced so be sure to check my menu regularly, or message me to see if there is anything new I have been testing out.
